I decided to inject a small rainbow into my life....because I feel as if I am falling behind with a multitude of things.
Just a quick update then, to keep you all in the picture so to speak:
1. We are putting little house, in the next town, on the market (but need to scrub walls down etcetera plus husband impaled a finger on a nail there yesterday and is now refusing to go anywhere near a doctor!)
2. Answered yet more questions for our very lovely accountant.
3. We've been to the doctors three times in three days with various ailments and maladies (not for skewered digits though!) but we are still here to tell the tale...
Have received "formidable" (said with French accent - see above) award from Dumdad (will speak more of his superb blog soon) and have not forgotten the "seven things" meme tagged to me recently by the very cosmopolitan FFF! Will definitely be on to things very soon...

There is so much to do this time of year, you sound as if you have your fair share!
Oh Hade, what a shame all these little ailments (and a skewered digit is not included in 'little' - that's major)come along at once. Sounds like you are taking control though and making things happen which can only be good.

Oh - I just had a thought - does your hubbie's poor finger mean he can't cook atm? Have you got to get back in the kitchen?
There is so much to do at this time of year, and all we want to do is sleep....bahhh!

Oh, French Fancy, luckily hubbie is able to cook (wonky digit and all)...hurray! I think he'd cook even with one single digit because my cooking skills are as equally wonky as his dodgy finger (that doesn't sound right does it?!)....
Yes, it's super duper winning the award and cheered me right up!

Thanks FFF..I did do it myself...and I think you posted somewhere about doing that coffee...yes to that...but it may be easier to do it after Christmas.....(!?) What do you think?
